Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

No guarantee of specific outcomes and individual results may vary. Our products are perishable and all sales are final. No chargebacks or refund of payment will be allowed. Once it leaves the warehouse we cannot accept returns of the product due to sanitary and safety reasons.

We will offer an exchange for the exact same product ordered if it is found that the manufacturer was at fault (shipping incorrect product, etc.), only if the original shipped product is sent back to the warehouse.

Please note: It is very important to know that a consumer should never return packages without notifying your account manager first, regardless of where the fault originated.
